Y-WEIGH

The Y-WEIGH is a 12-week weight management program created to change your lifestyle into a healthy habit! See the flyer.

 

You will be provided:

  • A certified personal trainer
  • Food and exercise journal
  • 2 individual personal training sessions
  • 2 Free health screenings
  • "Calorie King" book 
  • Weekly group workouts
  • Free t-shirt
  • Team support

You will provide us with...

  • Commitment to give 110%
  • The desire to work hard and never give up
  • Participation in the program challenges
  • A team player attitude 
  • Participation in one scheduled 5k race (registration fee will be paid by participant)
  • Commitment to participate in nutritional sessions and weekly workouts

Must be medically 40 pounds overweight and have a doctor’s contsent to participate.

Kick Off: Monday,  September 13th at 6:00pm

Cost: $95 Members/$190 Potential members
