
Group CyclingGroup Cycling is an instructor-led group exercise class conducted on a stationary bike. It is appropriate for ages 14 and up and is for all fitness levels. Be sure to bring a towel and water to this great workout!
Cycle/Yoga: 45 minutes of Cycle, followed by a 30-45 minute Yoga session. A great way to stretch and relax after a great Cardio workout! |
