(Please note: below are classes offered throughout the year. Some classes may not be available every week. Please refer to monthly class schedule.) Classes are available to members age 14 and over. Members ages 12-13 may participate when accompanied by a parent.
Boot Camp: A high intensity interval class that uses drills to focus on cardio, endurance and strength training. Most suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
Cardio (Hi/Lo): A low/moderate impact floor aerobics class focused on cardiorespiratory conditioning for all fitness levels.
Combo: A low/moderate impact aerobic workout that combines Step and Cardio (Hi/Lo) conditioning. Great for all fitness levels!
Family Yoga: For families of all shapes and sizes! Ages 5 and up. This class is a non-impact, total-body class focused on flexibility, strength, coordination and balance for all fitness levels. Games and fun activities are included!
Fit Ball: A non-impact, total body class that uses Fitness Balls for cardio, strength and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Hip Hop: A fun urban-style movement class sure to make you sweat with style. Great for all fitness levels.
Interval: A mixed impact, high intensity aerobic workout
that combines cardio and strength conditioning. For intermediate to advanced levels.
Intro/Beginning Step: A basic level step conditioning class. Learn proper form, basic choreography set to no or very little music.
Kickboxing: A moderate impact cardio conditioning class based on martial arts and boxing techniques. Most suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
Pilates: A total body conditioning class combining flexibility and strength with a focus on the “core” muscles (back and abdominals). All fitness levels welcome.
Power Yoga: A form of yoga with an accelerated succession of yoga body postures. For intermediate to advanced levels.
Ramp 123: Great for Beginners! A dynamic lower intensity workout that uses an inclined surface to target the rear muscles and the core.
Ramping Up (Ramp Up): A higher intensity version of Ramp 123. Ramp 123 is not required to take Ramp Up. Great for all fitness levels!
Step: A low impact workout that uses a step bench. Beginning Step is recommended but not required.
Sculpt: A muscular conditioning class that uses hand weights, tubing and manual resistance. Great for all fitness levels!
Yoga: A non-impact, total-body class focused on flexibility, strength, coordination and balance for all fitness levels.
Zumba®: A workout that is FUN and EASY! A "feel happy workout"! 45 minutes will feel like 15 minutes! Dance to Latin beats in this Interval-based class! Maximize fat-burning and receive many health benefits.
Intro/Beginning Classes are offered monthly. Please keep in mind that all classes offer modifications for all fitness levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced.
