Jocelyn (Jay) and Jim Hamby are both cancer survivors. Before getting involved with the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA program, they were struggling to get back on their feet. The couple heard about the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA and scheduled an appointment to learn more. The Y instructors knew immediately that the program would be a great fit and encouraged them to join. That decision has improved both their physical health and their state of mind.
