Yadkin Family YMCA Member, Iowa Chapman, shares his story:
That’s me when I started going to Yadkin Family YMCA in 2009. I’ve been going ever since, 3 to 6 times weekly. I wanted to be off all diabetic medications. I’m currently not taking any, the diabetes doctor said if I go 6 more months with a1c where it is, he will mark my diabetes as resolved!
We want to share Yadkin Family YMCA Member Pamela Johnson’s story.
